So, you’ve downloaded CINQ into your iPad, iPod touch or your iPhone and are enjoying the ability to instantly view or capture photos and share them with your friends on Facebook or Twitter. But, did you know that you can make your experience with CINQ even more awesome by integrating some of the popular photographer applications that compliment your CINQ program.

There are both free and non-free photography applications that can be downloaded from Apple and other third party websites. Here is a listing of some of the more popular and fun ones that will help to make your photo taking and sharing experiences even better:

1.     Oldbooth: This changes your photo into a comic portrait using a selected mask. You can resize, rotate, adjust lighting, etc.

2.     Tiltshift:  This helps you to create a unique digital photo by letting you focus on a small area of the picture and blurring out the surrounding area. It’s great to highlight a particular item in a photo.

3.     Camerabag: This lets you choose from eight different filters to add effects to your pictures such as turning it black and white, applying a fish-eye look, etc.

4.     Comic Touch: This one lets you add fun talking bubbles over the heads of the people in the pictures so you can make them say funny things.

5.     Pano: Got some great shots you’d like to turn into a panoramic view? This application will do that for you in no time at all.

6.     Lego Photo: This fun application will turn your subjects into Lego creations.

7.     Simply Postcards: This one will turn your picture into an honest to God postcard you can print and use.

8.     Crop for Free: This one will let you easily crop your photos to the desired size right from your iDevice.

9.     Hair makeover: Ever want to see how you or your friends would look with a new hairdo? This application will make that possible.

10.  Picture Effect Magic: Turn your photos into creative images with this free application.

11.  Photo Captions Free: This one will help you to create unique captions for all your photos.

12.  iSwap Faces: Ever want to put someone else’s head on a different body? Now you can with this fun application.

13.  Eye Color Booth: This one lets you change the eye color of the people in your photos.

14.  Photo Genie: Allows you to edit your photo through a selection of different tools.

15.  Photo Frames: This cool application lets you put a frame around your picture. Choose from many different ones built into the application.

16.  Art Studio: Have fun editing, painting, and changing things in your photo with this cool application.

17.  Halloween Mask My Face: This cool and fun application lets you put a Halloween mask on the faces in your photos.

All in all there are literally thousands of applications that can be used along with your CINQ to enhance your photography experience. These are just 20 to get you started.

Meet Trish. Trish is going out for a night on the town. She and her friends always have a great time, and take lots of photos. However, Trish’s Facebook page is a little too public for those photos to be posted ‘in the moment,’ so she needs to be able to share her photos with her friends, but not with the world…at least not quite yet!

Trish has a copy of Cinq on her iPhone that she has been using at her day job with a construction firm, so she downloads the Cinq server application on her home computer, and creates a new clubbin’ login ID. She gives the ID to each of her girlfriends, and now everyone in her group can take pictures through the Cinq app, and see what’s happening all night long.

Trish goes up to take a picture of the band, while Alexis stays near the bar and takes a picture of the crowd. Gina is dancing…sort of, and Alexis captures the moment in time. All of these photos are stored safely on Trish’s home computer, but the girls can see all of the pictures on each iPhone they are carrying. Even Gina’s iPod Touch can access the photos using the WiFi in the club! The girls have a great time, and round out the night at a 24-hour restaurant.

Sitting in the restaurant, Trish goes through the night’s haul of pics with her friends and they all decide on a few great pictures to post for the night. Trish sends the images directly to her Facebook account, and Alexis posts their adventure to Twitter, all through the Cinq application.
