1. Please be considerate to one another, and also to us. This is our way of providing support to those who are using Cinq and we're happy to do it. Remember that this is a support forum, and that we are here to help you diagnose things that may be wrong, or if there are any bugs in the code.

2. Spamming is strictly prohibited, and anything that resembles it will result in automatic deletion of your account and banning from the forums.

3. Please refrain from using derogatory or vulgar language – this is designed to be a resource for all users, and not a place where people are insulted.

4. This forum is to support all approved uses of Cinq – please do not ask questions regarding other apps.

5. Please try to limit requests to one question per post. This will help keep forum threads useful for all.

6. Make your post title informative and relevant to what you're trying to get answered. Avoid general post titles such as "PLEASE HELP!" and "I have some questions." This makes it difficult for others to find help in the forums.

       1. Internet Service Provider (ISP)
       2. DSL or Cable Modem: Manufacturer and Model
       3. Router: Brand and Model
       4. iPhone model (1stGen, 3G, 3GS) or iPod touch (1st,2nd,3rd gen)
       5. # Computers in network
       6. Apple Airport Extreme, Express or Time Capsule
       7. Mac model and OS Version
       8. Firewall Software Installed

       9. Tunaverse Account registered username (email address you registered with)
