Hello,

Sorry you are having this issue.  Yes, please send the Event Log from the Cinq preferences menu item.

What is the video format and about what size is the file?  Is there more than one video in the album that causes the crash?

I have the iPad and iPhone versions.  If I browse an album with a video in it (from the iPhone 4), the server application crashes.  This happens 100% of the time.  Please look in to and fix.  I can send crash logs if you need.  This is the Mac version of the server…
