Quitting and relaunching Cinq Server solved the problem. Thanks for your reply!

Hi, can you please confirm that the "Use iPhoto Library" is unchecked in Cinq Preferences. Also, do your folders show up in the "Show Photo Folder Viewer". If the are not in there, please add them to the list.

Also, please re-start Cinq and see if that resolves your issue. If not, please click on Event Log>email to support to send us your event log to review.

I installed Cinq Server on my Mac G5 running Leopard. I chose not to use iPhoto. I added some folders that contain photos.

When I launch the Cinq iPhone app, it shows the name of my home computer (TMKG5). The word "Connecting…" appears briefly and then disappears, and "TMKG5" becomes boldface.

But no folders or thumbnails appear on the TMKG5 page (where Tip #31 says "You are now viewing the photo folders you have on your remote computer."). It's just a blank page with a Search field at the top and a home icon at the bottom. Even the default Cinq Photos folder fails to appear there.
