Yes, you can if you ensure that you scroll down through each set of events and wait for each thumbnail to load.  They will then be cached for offilne viewing.  Additionally, any photo that you load will also be cached and you can see in the tunmbnails which ones will be available without an internet connection by the thumbnail displaying as greyed out or vivid in color.

I use Cinq and made connection from my Ipad with my mac one time, and looked at some pictures. At this moment I am not on-line (no wifi of 3G) but I can see some pictures which are stored on my Ipad. These are the pictures which I opened at the moment I was on-line.

 

I am wondering, is it possible to synchronise all my pictures from my mac library to my Ipad (with lets say a low resolution) automatically when I am on-line, so when I am off-line I can have acces to my entire library (at low resolution) at my Ipad. When I want a picture at higher resolution, I only have to look for internetconnection.

 On this way I can take my entire mac library with me automatically and with low use of memory (I only have a 16G ipad)
