Can you please check in the settings on the Cinq iPhone App to ensure that in the Preferences section and then in the Auto Cinq Settings that the Auto Send Photos option is On.  Also, please ensure that the servername for your laptop has a checkmark next to it in the Select Server section.

Are you using the PC or Mac version on your laptop?

You can also send the Cinq event log from the laptop if this does not help.

not sure what I am doing wrong, but, I installed the app on my iphone 3GS and my laptop per your instructions.  But, when I tap on a picture to put into the Cinq Camera Album, nothing is there–it says that I have 11 pictures on my cinq album and can scroll from one picture to next, but the screen is black.  Therefore, in my Cinq file folder on my laptop, there are no pictures at all to display.

Can you please help me? Thank you!  I cannot figure this out!Confused
