Hello,


Can you please send your event log from Cinq Preferences, this will send an e-mail to Support@Tunaverse.com .  We will review your log and help to get you going. Here are a few other questions as I am trying to help out without knowing what the problem is:


1. Did you select folders to share in Cinq preferences on the PC?

2. When you run the Cinq app on your iPhone, does it see/connect to the PC?

3. If not, Do you happen to have the Cinq "Q" in the system tray by the Time on your PC?

not sure what i am missing, but on the pc i don't see pics i saved on the iPhone and vice-versa… what is/could be wrong ?

this looks like a very useful app….
